3. Prices and payments
• The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

To place an order, the customer must:

6. Right of withdrawal

• The product must be unused, with the packaging intact, and the hair must not have been treated.
• To exercise this right, the customer must contact Maison Khloé by email at maisonkhloe@gmail.com.
7. Return and Refund Policy
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Reimbursement will be made upon receipt and verification of the returned product.
8. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, photos, graphics, logos) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
9. Personal data
The data collected is used only to process orders and improve customer service. Maison Khloé is committed to respecting data confidentiality in accordance with current legislation (GDPR).
10. Promotions and discount vouchers
• Promotional offers are valid until the date indicated.
• Discount vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
